The seminar will be split into the following two sessions:
Session 1 – Good decision making and governance

Are you an organisation in crisis mode or are you managing and coping with change and evolution of your organisation and services? Are you empowered to achieve your goals?
Session 2 – Effective financial reporting that empowers decision making and delivery of strategy
Accurate and timely financial information is key so how can you speed up month end close? Rapid and accurate financial information keeps the charity agile and proactive in delivery of its strategy and responding to changes on a timely basis. Do you have and monitor appropriate financial metrics and what are key elements of good financial reporting.
