Olivia joined Price Bailey as the HR Director in January 2025, based out of Bishops Stortford.
With 20 years of HR experience across a variety of business sectors, Olivia is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and member of the Association of Mental Health First Aid. Olivia is passionate about creating a positive and engaging work environment that enables people to thrive and grow. She brings experience as a senior HR leader having implemented innovative people strategies in complex global organisations and will be responsible for leading and driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across Price Bailey, supporting the HR team in driving the Firm’s people agenda forward.
Outside of work, Olivia loves spending time with her family and can often be found on the sideline of a Football or Rugby pitch. She enjoys personal training and is currently learning to play Golf. Passionate about all things food related she regularly makes homemade sourdough Bread.
