Auditing is a specialist skill so it makes sense to get the right help at the right time. We help many clients each year with their audits so feel free to call us to discuss your needs.
So, why might you need an audit?
- It ensures that your company accounts are up to date and meeting all legal requirements
- An audit gives assurance to the "tax man" that your accounts are accurate and your tax has been correctly calculated
- It reassures customers and suppliers
- If, in the long term, you plan to sell shares in your company, an audit shows that your business has been well-managed
- If there are undetected errors in your accounts, or problems accumulating, these will be uncovered in time to correct them
If you are a medium sized company or group and above (generally above £2.8m of sales among other factors); if enough shareholders demand it; if your constitution requires it or if you are a special type of regulated business, you will be obliged to have an audit.
Price Bailey’s Corporate team can do any form of auditing, including specialist work for charities, solicitors, estate agents and chartered surveyors, transport, AIM, due diligence.
If you’re a Small Business and want or need an audit, you’ll still be looked after by your Small Business team manager and they will arrange everything for you.
