Karen Buttrey

Karen’s journey with Price Bailey began back in 2000, and since then she has become an invaluable part of the firm as Head of Credit Control.

With over two decades of hands-on experience, Karen is a highly skilled and respected Credit Control Manager. She is also a proud graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, bringing both expertise and dedication to every aspect of her role.

When she’s not on the phone supporting clients or leading her busy team, Karen channels her energy into Practice wide projects. Working in collaboration with colleagues throughout the firm.

At home, Karen enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with her husband, Daniel, and their dog, Frankie. The trio can often be found exploring the coastline, taking in long walks and the fresh sea air. Always ready for her next adventure — whether professionally or personally — Karen embraces challenges with enthusiasm. One of her proudest achievements was climbing Kilimanjaro alongside colleagues from Price Bailey, raising funds for the firm’s Charity of the Year at the time, World Child Cancer.

She also cherishes time with her wider family and friends, which often includes regular trips to Manchester for catch-ups and quality time together
