Lisa Ward

Lisa joined Price Bailey in March 2021, previously working in another medium-sized accountancy firm.

Having worked closely with both Business Services, Tax and Corporate teams during her tenure, Lisa has built valuable knowledge of various aspects of accounting through work and her ACA qualification. During her time in the Corporate team, she has worked in multiple sectors of business, with significant time spent in retail, wholesale, hospitality, aviation and the insurance field.

Recently she has undertaken a secondment to the Strategic Corporate Finance team where she is gaining experience in providing advisory services to owner-managed businesses of varying sizes across a range of Strategic Corporate Finance services, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, due diligence reporting, business plans, valuations and financial modelling.

Away from the office, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors, from skiing and golf to motor racing and travelling with friends and family.
