Manager
Mark joined the Strategic Corporate Finance team in October 2017 after graduating from the University of Bristol, he is based in Norwich but works with clients across the practice.
Mark supports the Strategic Corporate Finance team in a wide range of assignments but focuses on helping small, fast-growing companies to develop effective growth and exit strategies through carefully considered market research and commercial analysis. He aims to support businesses in growing their valuation through the effective use of capital by exploring market entry opportunities, M&A and operational improvements. He has a particular interest in working with clients to optimise their capital structure and introducing/valuing share incentive schemes (such as options and growth shares).
Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Bristol and is working towards the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, a rigorous qualification focusing on investment management, financial analysis and economics.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors either in the garden or cycling through the countryside and sampling coffee and cake from Norfolk’s cafés.
