Price Bailey bolsters Strategic Corporate Finance offering with new Director appointment for Transaction Services

Price Bailey have appointed Andrew Cook as a Director of Transaction Services in the Strategic Corporate Finance team.

Andrew joins Price Bailey from a top ten accountancy firm with over 25 years’ experience, specialising in corporate finance and transaction services. He joins the firm as a Director and Head of Transaction Services for Price Bailey.

With significant experience in the transaction services market in London and the South East, Andrew has advised on a number of high profile deals over the last twenty years, including financial due diligence and valuations on both the UK Government’s share of Eurostar and the UK National Air Traffic Control System, in total advising on over a cumulative USD1billion of transactions.

Simon Blake, who heads the Strategic Corporate Finance team at Price Bailey, comments: “We are delighted that Andrew Cook has joined us, we are very busy with due diligence projects, completing these in the UK and overseas, for acquirers, funders including banks and private equity firms, and more recently several projects currently underway with venture capital trusts and acquirers.”
