Price Bailey makes six further senior level promotions 24 April 2018 Share In addition to the recent announcement of Richard Grimster’s promotion to Tax Partner, chartered accountants and business advisers Price Bailey has promoted Chand Chudasama, Anna Harvey and Paul Bartlett to the level of Director and Ross Welham, StJohn Richardson and Mel Root to Senior Manager. Whilst Chand, Anna and Mel’s roles are practice wide, Paul is based in Bishop’s Stortford, Ross in Cambridge and StJohn in Norwich. Chand Chudasama joined the Strategic Corporate Finance team in 2013 and has spearheaded the firm’s research and strategy services over the last two years. Chand’s promotion to Director is a reflection of the leadership role he plays within the team as well as his contribution as a strategic adviser within his team and across the wider practice, providing commercial solutions to the complex and fast moving needs of clients. Anna Harvey has been instrumental to the success of Price Bailey Legal Services and has helped implement key internal projects – Smart Working and PB Inspires – for Price Bailey. Her passion for workplace wellbeing prompted a highly successful thought leadership event series with speaker Professor Dame Carol Black FRCP FMedSci, attracting almost 150 local business leaders. Her promotion demonstrates Price Bailey’s commitment to providing market leading insight to their clients. Paul Bartlett joined Price Bailey 19 years ago and has played a key role in developing the firms Academies specialism. As a result, the firm are one of the region’s main providers of services for Academies. He has also pioneered a mentoring scheme and instigated a number of initiatives to drive commercial performance within the team. His experience and presence locally positions him well for anticipated business opportunities from Harlow – his home town – and surrounding areas. Ross Welham joined the Insolvency and Recovery team in 2016 to lead the development of the firms Insolvency offering in Cambridge. He has taken an active role, speaking at a series of presentations and seminars to raise the firms profile in the construction and property sector. His promotion is recognition of the key role he plays in enhancing the firms Insolvency offering in Cambridge. StJohn Richardson has played a key role in the growth of Price Bailey’s Norwich office. He has a holistic view of the firms’ services having moved from Corporate to the Business team in early 2016, with clients across both areas. With the recent move into larger premises in Norwich he will play a vital role in the leadership of the firms Norwich team. Mel Root joined Price Bailey in 2017 as Group Marketing Manager and leads the firms marketing and business development teams. Having overseen the highly successful delivery of Price Bailey’s second thought leadership event series ‘Inside the Minds of Business Leaders’ which attracted over 500 local business leaders, she effortlessly stepped into the role. Mel also holds a key role in the design and implementation of a new CRM system and works closely with the HR team on graduate and engagement initiatives.
