Andrew is the Tax Investigations Partner at Price Bailey with particular expertise in providing solutions to tax problems and resolving investigations and voluntary disclosures with HMRC.
He handles many large-scale enquiries and investigations relating to Code of Practice 8 and Code of Practice 9 investigations conducted by HMRC. Andrew acts for a wide variety of different clients – from international structures involved in fund management or property investment to high-net-worth individuals, Trustees and Executors.
He has particular expertise in complex UK tax enquiries involving entities, parties and assets in multiple overseas jurisdictions.
