Louise Fox

Louise is a Tax Consultant advising on complex areas of UK corporate, business and private tax and specialises in company purchases of own shares, other succession planning and share schemes.

Louise also provides general tax compliance for both corporates and individuals. Working with partners and managers around the practice assisting them to advise their clients.

Louise’s experience includes advising on corporate structures, advising on and implementation of company purchase of own shares, advising on succession planning including considering Entrepreneurs’ Relief and Inheritance Tax planning, claiming Research and Development tax relief for companies, capital allowances on large building projects, employee share schemes and general tax compliance and planning.

Louise joined Price Bailey in 2005 as a trainee accountant but has since qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
